Do you take my insurance?
We are an out-of-network, cash-based provider. This allows us to completely bypass the broken corporate insurance system and focus 100% of our attention on your recovery—giving you strict, 1-on-1 care with an elite specialist without a corporate billing department dictating your progress. Upon request, we can provide you with a detailed invoice (superbill) to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
How does mobile physical therapy work? Do I need any equipment?
We bring the entire clinic straight to your door across Rockville Centre, Oceanside, and the surrounding areas. You do not need to provide anything. We bring a comfortable, premium treatment table, advanced diagnostic tools, and top-tier recovery and strength equipment directly to your home, office, or gym. All you need to provide is a small clear space for us to work.
Do I need a doctor's referral to see you?
No. New York is a Direct Access state, meaning you can be evaluated and treated by a licensed physical therapist without a physician’s referral. This saves you valuable time and allows us to start your high-performance recovery or specialized treatment immediately.
How long is each session?
Every single session is a full 60 minutes of strict, 1-on-1 time spent entirely with a Doctor of Physical Therapy. Unlike traditional clinics where your time is split with other patients or handed off to assistants, your session is 100% unhurried, focused entirely on your specific movement goals and recovery.
How many visits will I need to get better?
Because you receive undivided, 1-on-1 care from a multi-certified specialist every single visit, our clients typically achieve their goals in significantly fewer total sessions than a high-volume insurance clinic requires. We don’t lock you into arbitrary, cookie-cutter contracts; your treatment plan is completely customized to your actual progress and pathology.
